About
Desert Edge Golf designs and builds custom simulator rooms for homes and businesses across Southern Utah. Three owners, one phone number, and the same people on your project from the first conversation to the last calibration.
Who you'll work with
Alex had the idea and walked into Anasazi Stone and Tile, Adam's business in St. George, to pitch him on it. They had worked together years before, when Alex was Adam's sales rep. The pitch was blunt: I can sell it, I can build the relationships, I have the vision, you handle everything else. Adam said deal.
Alex is who you’ll meet first. He scopes the room, talks through the vision, brings in the right trades, and stays on it through the build.
He spent years in sales and worked with Adam before Desert Edge ever started, so the two already knew how to work together. He keeps the project moving and makes sure the customer never feels left in the dark.
His rule for every project: under-promise, over-deliver.
Adam owns Anasazi Stone and Tile in St. George and runs everything behind the build here: ordering, scheduling, filings, bookkeeping. The unglamorous half, done properly, which is the half most small builders get wrong.
He is also the one solving the technical problems nobody anticipated. He did not golf before starting this. He owns clubs now.
Ben has spent 23 years in construction, most of it building custom homes. He started in interior carpentry and finish work, where doing things right means paying attention to the details most people never notice.
He also spent a few years installing projectors, smart boards, and AV systems in schools. That mix of craftsmanship, construction experience, and technical know-how makes him the guy you want when all the pieces have to come together.
How we build
It's the who,
not the how.
Desert Edge Golf
A simulator room is not one trade. It is flooring, millwork, custom furniture, wall panels, lighting, landscaping and interior design, all landing in the right order. We do not pretend to do all of it ourselves. We bring in the people we would hire for our own homes, most of them local, most of them small businesses we have worked alongside for years, and we run the whole thing so you never have to.
That is the part clients notice. Not one contractor and a stack of phone numbers. One team, and a room that looks like it was always meant to be there.
Who we work with
Not because they are wealthy. Because they are the kind of client who gets involved, has a standard, and expects it met. Those are the projects worth doing, and the ones that end with the room being better than what anyone pictured.
We are deliberately small. We pick our projects, we work with people we like, and we would rather turn something down than do it badly.
What we build
It is not where the room ends. The same screen runs archery and bow hunting, lacrosse, baseball, football and target practice, and it is the best room in the house on a game night. Some clients plan the space into a new build from day one. Others hand us a finished room and ask what is possible. We also design and finish the whole entertainment space around it, not just the simulator wall.
